This typical timetable is an approximation. With children, life is not always easy to map out, and so we can be flexible. If the children are particularly enjoying an activity, we will extend it.

9.15-10.45 free play session
In the free play session, the children are offered a variety of activities such as painting, play dough or clay, book corner, collage, constructions toys, small play, role play, games, sand and/or water play. During this time, a group of children will be taken into the kitchen to help prepare snacks for later. These activities can be taken outside, as well.

10.45-11.20 snack time
Children wash their hands before sitting down for a snack. A wide variety of healthy snacks is provided. Parents are asked to bring some fruit each day.  Special dietary requirements are taken into account.

11.20 -11.45 physical play session
This can be either be indoors using large play equipment (assault course, slides and climbing frame or basket ball), using small equipment (balls, balancing toys, bean bags), dance and movement or, weather permitting, playing outside on bikes, scooters etc. We will endeavour to take the children outside even in cold weather they will be able to run and shout please make sure your child has a warm coat and preferable wellington boots.

11.45-12.15 circle time
Stories, songs and singing, puppets, musical instruments, karaoke, and conversation surrounding the morning's events and interest tables or themes.
